We are currently building a strong network of professional Home Child Care Providers across Durham Region who are passionate about nurturing children and creating welcoming, high-quality home-based learning environments. Compensation $180 – $350 per day Compensation is based on enrollment and the number of children in care. Enrollment within your home child care program can equate to approximately $180–$350 daily earning potential. About the Role As a Home Child Care Provider with BCCFSS, you will operate a child care program directly from your own home while receiving ongoing support from our agency team. Providers are responsible for: - Providing care for children within their home - Creating a safe, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment - Supporting children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth - Building strong, respectful relationships with families - Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming home child care setting This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want the flexibility and independence of operating child care from home while still being connected to a supportive and professional agency.
