Simpson Family Farms is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team in a permanent part-time role. Hours: Approximately 15-25 hours per week. Hours may vary week to week. Applicants must have flexibility and availability on varying days. Responsibilities: - Work on grading and packing lines sorting and handling farm products - Assist with bagging, packing, and preparing products for customers and deliveries - Repeatedly lift and move bags up to 50 lbs - Perform repetitive physical tasks in a quick-paced environment - Assist with loading and unloading products and supplies - Accompany drivers on delivery routes as a delivery assistant - Deliver products into restaurants, stores, and customer locations in a professional manner - Assist drivers with backing up, spotting, and truck safety procedures - Follow all farm and workplace safety policies and procedures - Complete additional duties as required Requirements: - Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs - Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive work - Comfortable working around machinery and agricultural equipment - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Good communication skills and a professional attitude - Friendly, polite, and respectful customer service skills - Ability to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision - Reliable transportation to and from the farm - Attention to safety and ability to follow procedures Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2na6e4
