We are a design and development team that creates high-quality, engaging content for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us grow. Job Summary: Job Description: Job will be Marketing Assistance based – so great people skills are a must - Brand Coordinator, Sales & Marketing related tasks - Documentation with quotation and sampling preparation, Reporting - Email management Qualities you must possess: -Extremely organized and detailed oriented - 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Admin in an office related environment - Two year diploma or bachelor degree in business, marketing, sales, administration or combination of education and experience - Be a good problem solver. You need to be able to think independently and be creative with solving day to day issues. - Proficient with Microsoft Office programs & knowledge of some graphic software/program (Illustrator , Photoshop) is an assets. - Must be fully bilingual in English-Chinese(Cantonese), capable of communicating effectively in both languages in spoken and written form - Good command of the English language on the phones and dealing with client service issues - Self starter – completely independent once assigned a task and requires ZERO or minimal supervision - Experience handling a medium to large volume of paper works on a daily basis - Experience in lead conversion, client follow up and managing orders on a daily basis - Excellent organizational skills - Team work mentality Job Type: Full time Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year Benefits: - Casual dress - Dental care - Paid time off - Vision care Experience: - Sales & Marketing: 2 years (preferred) - Garment / Trims fields: 1 year (preferred) Language: - Cantonese (preferred) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nacyc
