We require first and last month's rent plus security deposit, police background check (we will do at our cost), two pieces of photo ID, rental contract (looking for long term tenant of at least one year), references and interview. We are a happy family with two beautiful children. My wife and I are both University educated executives, born and raised in Ontario. We are honest, clean, quiet, respectful, responsible mature, straight-forward, hard working professionals. I have been successfully renting for 32 years and we are happy to continue to do it as long as we like the person we rent to and they are clean, quiet and responsible.
