This role involves assisting in the daily management of field crews, ensuring that safety protocols are always followed. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead power lines and other equipment. Additionally, mentoring junior technicians will be crucial as you also prepare compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in managing daily deployment of field crews • Oversee installation and repairs of electrical transmission systems • Help maintain and erect utility poles and structures • Serve as a mentor to apprentices and junior crew members • document job progress for stakeholders and management

Requirements:• Interprovincial Red Seal Powerline Technician Certificate required • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent • Two years of relevant experience as a Certified Powerline Technician • Hold a valid DZ Driver’s License • Strong communication and customer service experience
