Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environmen. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, along with a robust commitment to food safety and quality standards. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes Ensure all food handling practices meet safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and storage spaces Follow all food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness Collaborate with team members to ensure effective kitchen operations during busy service hours Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or related food industry roles is highly desirable Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed Passion for culinary arts and delivering excellent guest experiences Join our team as a Line Cook and bring your culinary skills to life in a agile restaurant setting where quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
