Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Solid knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.
