Position Part‑time Sales Associate – DSW banner, reporting to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experiences to achieve store sales and web order goals.

Maintain product knowledge and industry trends, present merchandise effectively.

Collaborate with teammates, foster teamwork, and support change initiatives.

Communicate openly with the Store Manager and carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Friendly, approachable, and outgoing when interacting with customers and teammates.

Strong customer‑service orientation and drive to meet results.

Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team environment.

Willingness to learn, adapt to change and take on a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends.
