Job Summary Job Mandate The Ground Crew are responsible for the safe and flawless execution of each job site. They have a critical role in the completion of every job. They ensure the safety of every member of the team. The Ground Crew understands and practices the company strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities - Conduct themselves and lead other members of the ground crew in a safe manner - Accountable for the safe and effective completion of each job site - Effective and polite communication skills to ensure proper communication between arborist and other team members as well as clients - Preparation of job site as well as responsible for all tools and equipment required for each job - Maintain a positive, cooperative and cohesive job site Qualifications and Skills Qualifications - Experiance in lawn care industry - Physically fit (climbing, lifting, pushing, pulling) - Experience in pruning, trimming and removing all sizes of trees - Valid driver’s license (DZ preferred) - Chain Saw Certificate (preferred) - Fast learner - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines - Great organization skills - Excellent communication skills TREE PRO welcomes all applicants for this position; however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
