Overview At Bakerhill Renovations, a Project Manager plans, executes, and delivers projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership skills, technical knowledge, and an understanding of construction processes. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage residential renovation projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget Manage Project Coordinators; delegating tasks and responsibilities such as procurement, client communication, project documentation, progress reports Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and manage budgets using construction management software (knowledge of Billdr Pro is an asset) Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project flow Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout all phases of construction Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to design specifications Skills Robust leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and subcontractors Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail etc.) Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards in construction projects Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in a project coordination or project management role, specific to residential renovations Driver’s licence and vehicle for regular site visits within the GTA and surrounding areas Perks Dental care Disability insurance Employee assistance program Extended health care Life insurance Paid time off Vision care Ability to commute/relocate Stouffville, ON L4A 1B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience residential renovations: 3 years (required) project coordination: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification driver's licence and vehicle (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p3ewa
