Our Stouffville operations centre is growing, and we are looking for responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable individuals to join our high-performing production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and takes pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork. What the role involves - Screen printing and production support - Machine operation and workflow monitoring - Quality control and visual inspection - Packaging, shipping, and general production tasks - Maintaining a clean and organized work area - Supporting daily production schedules and timelines What we’re looking for - Experience in screen printing, production, or manufacturing is an asset - Production management or workflow coordination experience is beneficial - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently - Open to coaching, learning, and continuous improvement Candidates without direct screen printing experience are still encouraged to apply if they bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
