Operational Excellence Manager - Teva, Stouffville

In this pivotal role, you will assist the Director of Operations in advancing the site’s Continuous Improvement program. Your contributions will focus on solid-dose manufacturing, with an emphasis on packaging optimization. Bringing over five years of manufacturing experience, you'll leverage OPEX methodologies to foster a proactive culture of improvement and engagement among siteemployees.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead packaging optimization initiatives for improved throughput • Apply Lean methodologies for chronic performance issues • Ensure compliance and scalability of performance improvements • Collaborate cross-functionally to support project execution • Conduct bi-weekly meetings to track performance progress

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline • Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, 3+ in OPEX roles • Experience with solid-dose pharmaceutical packaging • Proficient in analysis tools including PowerBI • Knowledge of cGMP regulations in manufacturing
