Prepare parts and surfaces for coating (cleaning, masking, sandblasting, etc.) Mix and apply powder coatings using professional-grade equipment Inspect finishes for consistency, coverage, and quality Maintain a clean and organized spray booth and prep area Work closely with the shop team to ensure timely and precise completion of projectsHandle parts with care and attention from prep to final cure What We’re Looking For

Experience with powder coating (preferred but not required— we’re willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and attention to detail) Ability to work independently and as part of a small, focused team Strong eye for detail, quality, and color accuracy Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and handling metal partsReliable, punctual, and safety-conscious What We Offer
