Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sales cum Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, dealership experience, and excellent negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving financial performance, enhancing customer service, and fostering a collaborative team environment.Responsibilities
Develop and oversee financial strategies aligned with company goals to ensure sustainable growth. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision‑making processes. Lead financial reporting activities, including preparing accurate statements and compliance documentation.Collaborate with sales teams to optimize revenue streams and improve profitability through effective financial planning. Negotiate contracts and financial terms with vendors, partners, and clients to maximize value. Monitor cash flow, manage accounts receivable/payable, and oversee treasury functions.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to finance operations. Provide leadership and mentorship to finance staff, fostering professional development and team cohesion. Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to financial products or services.Requirements
Proven experience in financial services with a strong understanding of dealership operations preferred. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, sales support, and customer service within a financial context. Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets accurately. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.Ability to lead strategic initiatives while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus. Prior experience managing finance teams or departments is highly desirable. Pay
