The Wine Shop, part of Andrew Peller Limited, is looking for a dedicated Sales Associate. This role demands a strong focus on customer service with at least two years in a similar position. You will guide customers through their selections and maintain a well-organized product display while working flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance satisfaction • Assist customers with wine purchases and recommendations • Support shipments and merchandising efforts • Accurately handle cash transactions and balance the register • Comply with Health and Safety standards in the shop

Requirements:• 2 years of experience in customer service required • Smart Serve Certification is necessary • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to regularly lift 40lbs as part of duties • Previous experience with POS systems is an asset
