The Town of Ajax is seeking candidates for three Part-Time Facility Attendant positions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring cleanliness, setting up meeting rooms, and securing the building during your shifts. You'll also perform basic repairs, respond to inquiries, and manage essential facility operations. Flexibility in hours is essential, as you may work varied shifts across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including floors and bathrooms • Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed • Set up and take down for meetings and events • Secure the building after hours and assist visitors • Respond to any issues or emergencies promptly

Requirements:• High School diploma and one year of relevant experience • CPR/AED (Level C) and Emergency First Aid certification • Excellent customer service skills • Valid class G Driver's License and clean abstract • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
