BrokerLink seeks a dedicated Personal Insurance Advisor for a permanent full-time position. This role demands a customer-driven mindset and strong analytical skills to manage multiple priorities. You will assist clients with policy recommendations, quote new business, and engage in community marketing initiatives, helping BrokerLink maintain its commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:• Service ongoing client needs and conduct needs assessments • Sell new policies and retain existing book of business • Quote new business through outbound calls and walk-in clients • Process client renewals and issue insurance certificates • Actively participate in training and community marketing initiatives

Requirements:• Minimum 1-year experience in Personal Insurance • RIBO License preferred for eligible candidates • Strong customer focus and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Familiarity with Epic is an asset
