What You’ll Be Doing Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspect returned equipment, red tag, and cycle through the service workflow. Rotate equipment from wash bay, to necessary service bay, to prep and paint and back into the service line.

Communicate damage to branch manager right away for Work Order management.

Keep Build a box, XLAP shields, adjustable spreader and high arch spreader stacked, unbuild, serviced, and neatly organized at all times.

Communicate parts requisitions to shop foreman for purchase.

Wash/Clean equipment, maintain clean physical facilities, organize equipment in the yard.

Complete administrative tasks as assigned.

Work closely with other Team Members to complete tasks in a timely&efficient manner.

What You’ll Bring to the Team Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be comfortable working outdoors.

Valid G driver’s license with a driver’s abstract (no more than three demerit points). You will be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request.

Individual must be detailed oriented, organized, and display pride in their work keeping the equipment under their management clean, serviced and always organized.

Available to work overtime when required.

Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.

Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
