Insurance Account Manager - Desjardins Agent Team Member Location: Stouffville, Ontario Job Type: Full Time, in-office Position Overview: Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Responsibilities: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services tailored to individuals needs. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. A track record of persistence we believe in taking care of our clients needs but also know that lives are busy!
