In this position, you will play an essential role in assisting clients who are navigating property claims in Mississauga, Ajax, or Richmond Hill. Your tasks will include analyzing coverage, investigating claims, and providing support during the entire claims process, including telephone inquiries. Strong organizational skills are essential as you will need to respond to various stakeholders promptly.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver exceptional service to customers and internal peers • Analyze policy wordings and determine coverage appropriately • Investigate claims in collaboration with various parties • Negotiate agreements within your authority scope • Assist with the intake of new claims via phone

Requirements:• 1-2 years of experience in claims preferred • Preferred college diploma or university degree • Excellent communication and technology skills • Goal-oriented and proactive in dynamic settings • Willingness to achieve CIP designation
