FLO Martial Arts Stouffville is a thriving and growing gym recognized for its strong community and high-quality Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu programs. As our programs, schedule, and membership continue to expand, we’re growing our leadership team and looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Location: Stouffville, ONSchedule

1:15 PM– 9:15 PM 12:15 PM – 8:15 PM Schedule and hours may evolve based on program growth, business needs, candidate performance, and availability. This role will begin part‑time (approximately three days per week) with the goal of growing into a full‑time leadership position as the academy expands.This is Not a Traditional Front Desk Role

Sales&Member Experience

Follow up with warm leads and schedule trial appointments Follow up with trial attendees and help guide prospective members through the decision‑making process Build relationships with prospective and current members Assist with membership conversations and onboarding Deliver a high‑level customer experience for members and familiesLeadership&Operations

Support day‑to‑day operations and help keep things running smoothly Help identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas Learn and refine systems and processes Assist with SOP creation and process improvements Take increasing ownership over operational responsibilities over time Marketing&Communication Support

Help organize photos, videos, and content assets for marketing initiatives Assist with communications and special projects as needed Events&Team Support

Support events, promotions, and community initiatives Assist with team coverage and special projects as needed What We Offer
