Co-op Student for Distribution Operations, Whitby Region (Gormley)

Elexicon Energy is seeking a Distribution Operations Co-op Student to provide administrative support. You'll track operations, maintain records, and assist supervisors in daily tasks.

This co-op role is ideal for students enrolled in Engineering or Business programs. You'll employ advanced Microsoft Office skills and learn to update databases, prepare reports, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your contributions will directly support continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide administrative support to Operations Supervisors • Update tracking tools and maintain operational databases • Assist in preparing reports and status updates • Support tracking of departmental Key Performance Indicators • Contribute to process improvement documentation

Requirements:• Enrolled in an undergraduate Engineering or Business program • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Basic knowledge of Python programming is an asset • Excellent writing, presentation, and conversation skills • Familiarity with MS Visio and MS Project tools
