Personal Lines Account Manager (Insurance Broker), Stouffville

We are currently seeking motivated Personal Lines Account Managers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service to existing clients

Qualifying, quoting and writing personal insurance policies for prospective clients

Reviewing and processing renewals, endorsements, and policy changes

Managing client inquiries and policy documentation accurately and efficiently

Learning and utilizing company systems and insurer portalsMaintaining strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills

Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

RIBO license required

Previous insurance experience is considered an asset, but is not required

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
