DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative and coordination support to Operations Supervisors, including tracking assignments, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day departmental activities.
Update and maintain tracking tools, spreadsheets, and databases to monitor work progress, program status, and related operational information.
Assist with preparing reports, compiling data, and providing status updates to support supervisors in planning, decision-making, and progress meetings.
Support the tracking and reporting of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the development of improved tracking and reporting processes.
Assist in process improvement initiatives by helping document workflows, organize information, and support continuous improvement efforts within the department.
Other duties as assigned.
SAFETY
Must participate in safety training and be knowledgeable of Company safety rules and practices and must implement safe work procedures that ensure the safety of the Company employees and customers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
Basic Python programming knowledge would be an asset.
Excellent conversation, writing and presentation skills.
Knowledge of tools such as MS Visio, MS Project etc.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Enrolled in an undergraduate Engineering or Business program.
Compensation Package:
Hourly rate of $23.56 + OMERS Pension Plan
