U-Haul Customer Support Representative, Whitby Region (Gormley)

Join U-Haul’s team in Ajax, Ontario, as a Customer Support Representative. Provide valuable assistance to customers while managing product rentals and ensuring equipment safety.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for U-Haul customers. The Customer Service Representative will educate clients on U-Haul's offerings and utilize technology to manage rentals efficiently. This position includes performing equipment inspections and participating in ongoing training for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:• Educate customers about U-Haul products and services • Manage inventory via U-Scan smartphone technology • Clean and inspect equipment on the lot • Process rental invoices and returns with accuracy • Install hitches and maintain propane filling duties

Requirements:• Valid driver’s license and responsible driving history • High school diploma or equivalent qualification • Physical ability to handle equipment weighing at least 50 lbs • Capability to learn and perform forklift operations • Adherence to safety measures while on the job
