Stouffville Music Lessons Associate Role

Enhance music learning experiences as a Lessons Associate at our Stouffville location. You’ll be responsible for scheduling students and assisting with payment collection effectively.

In this engaging role, you'll manage student registrations, answer phone inquiries, and help with the collection of overdue payments. Support the Lessons Coordinator in record updates and contribute to the success of student recitals.

Key Responsibilities:• Schedule and register students for music lessons • Address inquiries and relay messages to teaching staff • Collect lesson payments and manage overdue accounts • Assist with maintaining accurate student records • Help organize and support music recitals

Requirements:• One year minimum of instrumental music study • Basic understanding of musical instruments necessary • Flexible schedule for weekdays, evenings, and weekends • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proficient in basic office and computer tasks
