We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Property Management team. The Electrician position focuses on maintaining the reliability and functionality of electrical and related building systems in environments where ongoing client programs must continue with minimal disruption. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to assess and diagnose complex, interconnected building systems, often in situations where documentation may be limited or unavailable. A practical, service-focused approach and sound judgment are essential to ensure building systems remain safe, reliable, and functional for occupants and users. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume. - Journeyman Electrician with interprovincial Red Seal certificate - Demonstrated experience in the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of a broad range of electrical systems - Demonstrated experience in the service of HVAC, DDC control and fire alarm systems - Basic computer skills would be an asset (Microsoft Outlook, Word, etc.) Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered. **Desired knowledge, skills and suitability** The ideal candidate will possess these qualifications, skills and knowledge, but also demonstrate suitability for the role and organizational culture.
