Machine Operator (Paris)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our client's production team near Paris, ON. Pay - $25 - $28/hr Shift -12 hr Continental Shift Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor thermoforming machines and related production equipment - Set up machines, load materials, and adjust machine settings as required - Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure specifications are met - Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major mechanical problems to maintenance - Maintain accurate production records and downtime reports - Ensure proper material handling and reduce production waste - Follow all health & safety procedures, GMP, and company policies - Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities - Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams - Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Previous experience operating thermoforming or plastic manufacturing equipment preferred - Experience in packaging or food manufacturing industry considered an asset - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Ability to read work orders and follow production specifications - Comfortable working in a quick-paced manufacturing environment - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, overtime, or weekends if required Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2n9yw5
