North-Wright Airways is looking for a rotational Production Manager! We are seeking an experienced and organized person capable of understanding the diverse needs of North-Wright Airways’ specific fleet, and our flight crews and maintenance staff, in a challenging northern workplace. The successful candidate will be safety-focused and collaborative, communicating and listening honestly and respectfully between the different departments. They will be able to adapt quickly to changing situations, and recognize and seize opportunities as they arise. They will be persistent and committed to supporting the Director of Maintenance, the maintenance crews, and the Operations Department as they work to achieve North-Wright Airways’ goals. Location: Norman Wells, NT Qualifications: - 3-5 years experience in a project manager or leadership capacity. - Experience with aircraft type: BE02, DHC6, C206, C207, and C208 is an asset. - Proven safety record, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Maintain a fluent knowledge of the CARs and related Transport Canada documents and processes. - Must possess a Transport Canada M1 Licence. - Furnished accommodation provided, rent free!
