Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper/ Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities - Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients under the guidance of cooks and chefs. - Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. - Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. - Support cooks in assembling dishes and plating food for service. - Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to uphold hygiene standards. - Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. - Participate in maintaining a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
