Quality Improvement Analyst In Whitehorse

Drive quality and safety enhancements as a Quality Improvement Analyst in Whitehorse, Yukon. You will support evidence-based decisions and manage projects to optimize organizational processes. This permanent, full time role involves 75 hours of work bi-weekly. We seek a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual who can strategically analyze data and assist others. Your efforts will significantly impact the Continuing Care Division by ensuring compliance and readiness for accreditation visits. Key Responsibilities: • Manage quality improvement projects within Continuing Care Division • Collect and analyze data for evidence-based decision-making • Create statistical reports for senior management review • Ensure compliance with Accreditation Canada Standards • Lead organization through successful in office accreditation visits Requirements: • Proven analytical skills with attention to detail • Experience in quality management or continuous improvement • Strong project management capabilities • Ability to work effectively in a team workplace • Enthusiasm for supporting diverse tasks and initiatives Contribute to a meaningful mission within the Yukon Health and Social Services in a strategic Quality Improvement role.
