What You’ll Do Welcome customers and manage check-in and check-out of RV rentals Clearly explain RV features and answer questions Perform basic quality checks on units before departure and upon return Handle customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner Complete basic administrative tasks and transactions

Who This Role Is For You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have at least

1 year of customer service experience

(retail, hospitality, tourism, etc.) Enjoy helping people and creating a positive experience Are friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Can work in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Strong English communication skills (additional languages like German or Dutch are an asset) Positive attitude and professional approach with customers Ability to stay organized and multitask

Working Conditions Weekend and flexible availability required Busy, fast-paced environment during peak season
