This position manages the design, execution and evaluation of complex transportation plans to deliver a protected, reliable, and effective transportation network. The role works closely with the planning functions in Engineering, Maintenance, Aviation, and Transport Services to implement comprehensive, division-level planning that promotes consistency across the division and improves integration with budgeting and asset management objectives for the network. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in one of the transportation disciplines such as civil engineering, economics, planning or logistics, or a related field; Experience carrying out and managing economic and/or policy research; Experience analyzing transportation budgets, projects, and issues; Experience managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders; Demonstrated experience applying strategic foresight principles will be considered an asset. Conditions of Employment Must possess and maintain a valid Yukon Class 5 driver’s licence or equivalent. Job Requirements Travel and mandatory use of personal protective equipment.
