Description: ATCO Frontec is seeking motivated, reliable individuals from the local community to support the installation of a defence technology system in the Northwest Territories. This is hands-on, outdoor work on an active construction site. Previous experience is not required. We are primarily looking for people who are willing to work hard and be part of a team. Any general construction or basic electrical experience is considered an asset but is not mandatory.This role also offers future opportunities for individuals who demonstrate commitment, reliability, and a strong work ethic. - Working on a rotation of 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 10-hour shifts per day, 6 days per week. Daily travel to and from the work site is provided, as well as meals provided on-site.- The wage is $35/hour. - Project completion bonus allotted to those who complete the duration of the project (May to October). - This position is intended for local hires. Key Responsibilities

Assist with installation of antennas and cables Perform manual labour including material handling, site preparation, and tool support Follow direction from Crew Leads and Supervisors Work safely and follow all site safety requirements Contribute positively to a team environment What We Are Looking For
