Please note selection for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume; ensure you use a month/year to month/year format and include the duties you performed in each of your positions. - Journeyperson certification or working towards journeyperson certification in carpentry, plumbing or electrical trade - Recent experience performing minor plumbing repairs and maintenance - Recent carpentry experience maintaining, repairing and renovating single-family and multi-family residential buildings - Experience managing a high volume of maintenance requests across multiple properties - Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above will be equally considered.
