Job Title: Front Desk Agent Location: Inuvik, Northwest Territories Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible) Hybrid Option: NO About the Role We are seeking friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Agents to be the face of our organization in Inuvik. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. Key Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests in a warm and skilled manner - Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently - Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries - Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest requests - Maintain accurate records and process payments - Provide information about local services, attractions, and amenities - Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally - Assist with stripping rooms of linens and completing laundry, as needed - Support housekeeping and management teams as needed Qualifications - Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred; experienced applications and applicants with English and Inuvialuktun, and/or Gwichʼin will be prioritized - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Comfortable using computers and reservation systems - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset What We Offer - Competitive hourly wage - Friendly and supportive work environment - Opportunities for growth and development - Flexible scheduling options How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and availability.
