Structural Designer/Technologist at Stantec, Central Yukon (Dawson City)

Stantec is seeking a skilled Structural Designer/Technologist for its Yellowknife or Whitehorse offices to produce high-quality technical drawings utilizing REVIT and AutoCAD. This role allows you to directly impact the built environment.

As a key member of the Buildings team, you'll provide critical services that involve producing comprehensive drawings and supporting multidisciplinary design efforts. Your expertise with REVIT and AutoCAD will be integral in ensuring project quality and timely delivery of structural documents for various building types.

Key Responsibilities:• Create detailed contract drawings and project documents • Use REVIT and AutoCAD for structural design submissions • Organize and manage project-specific digital files • Ensure adherence to standards in QA/QC processes • Collaborate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:• Must have a diploma in civil engineering technology • Minimum of 3 years experience in drafting with REVIT and AutoCAD • Expertise in structural steel and concrete detailing • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Valid driver’s license is mandatory
