Shape procurement strategy as the Business Enablement Lead at Inuvialuit Regional Corporation. Focus on improving processes and empowering northern businesses to thrive in the supply chain. In this crucial position, you will boost operational excellence by enhancing procurement practices across IRC. Your mission is to facilitate explicit access and support Inuvialuit beneficiaries in engaging with procurement systems in line with the Inuvialuit Final Agreement. This role does not focus on direct procurement tasks but instead on enabling others to navigate the procurement landscape successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Strengthen and streamline procurement processes effectively - Support Inuvialuit businesses in supply chain participation - Develop training and resources for procurement efficiency - Promote transparency and compliance in procurement practices - Drive collaboration for continuous process enhancements Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or similar - 5+ years in procurement or process enablement - Experience with Indigenous businesses and procurement methods - Competency in training delivery and systems improvement - Ability to clarify policies for non-technical audiences Combine your expertise in procurement and training to lead transformative efforts at IRC.
