Insurance Broker (Whitehorse)

T.A. Firth & Son Ltd. is looking for an Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years of previous insurance experience with a good working knowledge of home and auto insurance. Excellent customer service skills, written & oral communication skills, and problem solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues in a positive manner are essential qualifications for this position. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience with Compu-Quote, The Agency Manager (TAM), Epic, and the use of broker portals; however, we are willing to train.
