Job Summary Yukon Nissan is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers requiring maintenance or repairs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each customer receives top-notch service, facilitating smooth communication between our service department and our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent people skills, and a detail-oriented approach to service management. Key Responsibilities - Welcome customers and assess their service needs, providing detailed explanations of Nissan’s maintenance and repair services. - Offer accurate estimates for parts, services, and timelines, ensuring transparency. - Coordinate with service technicians to schedule work efficiently and prioritize according to customer and business needs. - Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle’s service and address any questions or concerns. - Review completed work to confirm quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring any follow-up actions are taken promptly. - Maintain organized service records and manage payments accurately using our service management systems. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in automotive or related fields is a plus. - Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry, preferably with Nissan or similar brands. - Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset. - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. - Familiarity with computerized service management systems. - Valid driver’s license.
