In this role, you will report to the Regional Manager of Primary Health Care and deliver vital services to clients across NTHSSA Regions. Key Responsibilities: Provide case management and support for clients with substance use disorders Apply best practices in addictions recovery and trauma-informed care Collaborate with community health and acute care providers Utilize knowledge of socio-economic determinants of health Deliver culturally sensitive care focusing on Indigenous cultures Requirements: Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing Post-graduate psychiatric nursing program completed or mental health training Minimum two years experience in Mental Health or Psychiatry Knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations, and policies Familiarity with harm reduction and integration principles Utilize your nursing skills to make a meaningful impact in substance use recovery within the Inuvik community.
