This is a busy, destination location, heavy banquets/events and dine in operations. $10M+ annual revenue. The Executive Chef will oversee a team of sous chefs, banquet chefs and full BOH team. The Executive Chef will work with the highest standards of execution, sanitation, professionalism and deliver exceptional quality.This is a high profile, high visibility role with an excellent company and landmark restaurant.
