General Manager We are seeking to hire an experienced restaurant General Manager for our DC full service location. We operate a popular destination location with terrific food and outstanding service featuring an eclectic menu. The successful General Manager will have a background from well-known corporate brands, reputable independents or franchise community operating full service with bar operations.2+ years at the AGM or GM level We will consider candidates at the AGM level ready for promotion. General Managers must have a strong service platform coupled with excellent P&L skills, leadership, vision and local marketing expertise. Experience running operations over $2M in annual sales is required. We offer an outstanding work/life balance coupled with the rewards of running a restaurant without a lot of red tape. This position can pay a base of $70K, bonus potential, and benefits.General Managers need to be able to operate with minimal supervision and have the potential to grow to multi-unit as the concept expands to new locations.
