Sr. Line Cook Rebel Creek Golf Course Location: Petersburg, Ontario, Canada Department: Hospitality Reports To: Chef and Sous Chef Classification: FT Positions Available - Seasonal Wage: $21 - $23 - Based on Experience Summary This position is responsible for the efficient operations of all kitchen systems, a positive atmosphere, and a lasting impression to all guests with our highest standards in taste, presentation and consistency of our menu items. Primary Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the chef you will execute assigned duties as required, including prep, cooking, deep cleansect Promote a positive teamwork workplace. Perform all line and prep duties with competency and efficiency Cohesively work with the rest of the BOH team. Promoting a safe, clean sanitary working environment. Complying with the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Opening/Closing and side duties as per the Kitchen Standard Operating Procedures. Monitoring and ensuring the highest level of food safety. Consistently following kitchen standard operating procedures. Maintain a positive and committed Go above and beyond attitude. Qualifications: 1+ years of line cooking experience required Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, and a passion for culinary excellence.
