Customer Service Representative - Call Centre (Windsor)

Kelly Services is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client, located in Windsor, ON, for a temporary-ongoing opportunity. Main Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries related to billing, arrears, and account management, providing solutions and guidance on payment options and programs - Manage account setups, terminations, and updates with accurate data entry and recordkeeping - Schedule and coordinate appointments for water services and meter-related operations - Address and resolve billing errors, analyze accounts, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards - Reconcile collection accounts, allocate payments, and audit records for accuracy Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of call centre or customer service experience (phone-based) - High school diploma required - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and data entry skills - Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work effectively in a team environment Additional Requirements: - Criminal background check required - Able to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (40 hours/week) What's In It For You: - Pay Rate: $18.50/hour + vacation pay - Weekly pay via direct deposit Why Kelly®?
