Commercial Construction Senior Estimator (Windsor)

With a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and long‑standing partnerships across the construction industry, they are currently seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to join their growing and dynamic team. Solicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure full trade coverage Prepare and issue subcontractor bid packages and tender documentation Coordinate with consultants, owners, and internal project teams to resolve scope and technical issues Support buyouts, change orders, and cost reviews during construction Identify and pursue bid opportunities and maintain subcontractor call lists Conduct site visits and attend pre‑bid meetings when required Minimum 8 years of estimating experience with a General Contractor Proven experience tendering ICI and municipal projects Solid understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and risk Advanced Excel skills Ability to read and interpret full construction drawing sets Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating designation Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project # Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o3s9g
