Maintenance Supervisor (Windsor)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment and is passionate about building strong teams, improving reliability, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead our maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and plant performance. You will play a key role in driving uptime, safety, and continuous improvement across the facility. - Lead, schedule, and support the maintenance team day‑to‑day - Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues - Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and health & safety standards - Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and spare parts inventory - Support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives - Coach, develop, and engage skilled trades employees - Complete monthly GMP and safety audits and lead safety conversations - Partner closely with production to support operational goals What You Bring - Skilled trade certification or relevant post‑secondary education - 5+ years of supervisory experience (food manufacturing preferred) - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability - Experience working with CMMS systems - Proven ability to lead skilled trades teams - Robust commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork - Millwright or Electrician certification considered an asset Why Join Dainty Foods? - Be part of a proudly Canadian company with deep roots and a strong reputation. - Competitive compensation and benefits package. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - A supportive and collaborative work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o577p
