About the Role Location: SL4 4AY Working Pattern: 5 days over a 7‑day period (including some weekends); shift times vary between 8:30am and 8:30pm. Contract: Fixed‑term, starting ASAP until December 2026. You will be part of a team that ensures guests’ safety and enjoyment for millions of guests at Legoland. The role involves patrolling the resort, checking bags and personal searches, back‑of‑house patrols, incident and crowd management, asset transfers and close collaboration with local authorities to maintain security. Main Responsibilities Provide a high level of customer service to guests in line with company values and meet targets. Practice conflict management across the resort, resolving issues while ensuring safety of guests, staff and protection of resort assets. Carry out bag checks, personal searches, patrols and remain vigilant at all times; guest interaction is essential. Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. Patrol the resort vigilantly for any threats to safety. Requirements Excellent customer service skills. Active and up‑to‑date SIA license (Door supervisor level). High motivation both individually and as part of a team. Proficient in English. Team player capable of working independently. Ability to lead and uphold required standards in moments of conflict or violence. Solid interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Valuable communication with all types of guests.
