Highways Administrator We have an exciting prospect to join the Highway Inspection team as a Full‑time, Permanent Highways Administrator. The role offers hybrid working and a salary of £26,895 – £30,132 per annum. Role: Report to the Senior Highways Inspector and provide vital support to the team of Highway Inspectors. Assist with the day‑to‑day running of the inspection team through various applications and processes. Key responsibilities: - Assist with requesting, uploading and issuing utility searches (c2’s). - Support the Council’s Asset Management System (Confirm) by placing orders, closing enquiries and updating jobs raised by inspectors. - Manage the vehicle fleet, organising MOTs and handling any insurance issues. - Carry out administrative tasks such as managing customer complaints and FOI requests. - Help gather information to support insurance claims and other administrative duties including finance.
