Software Developer (Windsor)

We are looking for a motivated Software Developer to join our growing technology team. This is not a typical corporate development role. You will help build and improve Nexio, our proprietary software platform designed to automate and manage operations for a rapidly growing national service company. The platform includes scheduling, customer communication, invoicing, AI integrations, CRM systems, marketing tools, automation workflows, and contractor management. You’ll work directly with ownership and developers on real-world systems that are actively used every day. Responsibilities - Develop and improve internal web and mobile applications - Build automation systems and workflow tools - Assist with AI integrations and operational automation - Work with APIs, databases, and real-time systems - Improve system performance and user experience - Help design scalable software architecture - Troubleshoot and solve technical problems quickly What We’re Looking For - Robust logical and problem-solving skills - Passion for software development and technology - Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment - Organized and detail-oriented mindset - Strong communication skills Experience with any of the following is considered an asset: - JavaScript / TypeScript - React - APIs - SQL / databases - Supabase - Automation systems - AI tools and integrations - Responsive web development This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience building meaningful software with real operational impact.
